Reoffender are Geraint Evans,Ian Simpson, Jon Hutchins and Danny Murphy.

Geraint Evans

Lead Guitar - Vocals

Not quiite the last to start playing music at 16 Geraint picked up his first guitar after seeing AC/DC live and by 17 was in his first band already playing rock and roll classics Johnny B. Goode and rock around the clock but it wasn't enough.

He wanted to write and perform his own music and did so by forming "Mirage" a heavily Oasis influenced sound that led to his invitation to join Slider nee Evanfly and his guitar playing helped lead the band to most of its highs. Being influenced by most good musicians it is his passion for rock and roll and freedom of movement on the guitar that brought Geraint to Reoffender and it is here with growing maturity that we will see his guitar and vocal skills reaching for higher grounds.

Coz he likes it like that !

Ian Simpson

Bass Guitar - Vocals

He is our newest edition to the band a top musician with many years experience in many bands including Breezer and Off the record and has gelled with the band almost seamlessly and has seemed like he has been with us for a while. (Paul you’re gone but not forgotten).

Jon Hutchins

Drums - Vocals

The Cool Calm Collected one or rather a pure percussional powerhouse of impeccable timing is keeping it all together on the drums. Jon started playing at the age of six banging dinner plates at school and was gigging by the age of 13 with various local bands.

Its been within the last five years and including his time with Evanfly that he has played some seriously high profile gigs including; Cardiff International Arena, T4 on the beach, Glastonbury as well as supporting many great national bands. He sites his influences as the best time keepers in history and are the drummer - John Bonham, Steve White, Dave Lombardo and big band jazz great Buddy Rich.

His one diasappointment is that not enough women bare their upper torso's for him to oggle at the gigs..

Cheers, he loves you all.

Danny Murphy

Rhythm Guitar - Vocals

If music be the food of love then Danny Murphy is stuffing his face.

It started back in '79 when he purchased the Specials self titled first album and listening to :- Too much Too Young and Monkey Man fired in Danny a passion for drinking Blackthorn and falling over. Whilst doing this in town one night he watched a band called Slider and was so moved by the band's performance and Geraint's guitar playing that Danny realised this was what he wanted a part of and began a stalking campaign with lines like "your band needs my face" and "your band would look great with me in it".

At some point Slider said yes, Danny joined and the band became Evanfly and it was here that the beast within found a stage to play on.

Since Evanfly's split and the forming of reoffender that beast has blossomed. We don't know when Danny will learn to play great guitar, but one thing we certainly do know is that Danny is the face, the fun and the attitude of the band.

See you all out there kids,
rock and roll.
